  1. How long does international shipping take?

We ship to 100+ countries from Hong Kong. Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days; express shipping (3–5 days) is available. Times exclude customs delays.​

  1. Can I return a dress if it doesn’t fit my vacation plans?

Unworn, tagged dresses can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Start returns by emailing support—final-sale items (marked “Final Sale”) are non-returnable.​

  1. Are your dresses machine-washable?

Care instructions vary: linen dresses are often machine-washable, while silk blends may need gentle washing. Check the product’s care label or description for details.​

  1. Do you offer tracking for orders?
